remote Internships Pilot Project

Remote Roots will test a pilot in Summer 2026.

This pilot project explores new ways how to connect talent and opportunity across borders through remote internships. University students in Lebanon gain international work experience, while organisations in Switzerland benefit from new perspectives and exploratory insights into international collaboration with lower administrative burden.

We build bridges by creating remote internship opportunities. Our role is to connect, mentor, and support, ensuring that both companies and interns benefit from a fair, inclusive, and sustainable model. This creates a win-win situation: organisations in Switzerland gain motivated talent; young people in Lebanon gain experience, income, and prospects.

For more detailed information on each position, refer to the internship openings.
