Nach einem erfolgreichen Pilotprojekt im Frühling 2026 bereitet Remote Roots die nächste Durchführung von New Roots vor, die im Januar 2027 starten soll.

New Roots bringt junge Menschen, die neu nach Zürich gezogen sind, mit jungen Menschen zusammen, die bereits länger in der Stadt leben. Die Teilnehmenden werden anhand gemeinsamer Interessen, Leidenschaften oder persönlicher Hintergründe gematcht und treffen sich während drei Monaten regelmässig, um Zürich gemeinsam zu entdecken.

Whether it’s hiking, visiting a museum, trying a new café or attending a cultural event, each tandem chooses its own activities. In addition to the tandem meetings, participants are invited to community events to connect with other tandems and expand their network.

Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos und jedes Tandem erhält ein Budget für die gemeinsamen Aktivitäten.
